11 Children & Minors

The ps88aj Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. ps88aj does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If ps88aj discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the associated account, return any deposited funds to the payment source where possible, and delete all personal data associated with that account.

12 International Data Transfers
